1958
Churchill is established as a furniture rental company.
The Kahan family purchases Churchill Furniture Rental Inc. with a single showroom
on Manhattan's Upper East Side.
1982
1996
Yudel Kahan becomes president of Churchill and opens corporate housing divison
and two showrooms in Northern and Central New Jersey.
Churchill builds network of partners to place executives in best choice
apartments, gaining praise from Fortune 500 and 1000 companies.

Churchill opens a new 16,000 sq. ft. showroom in Manhattan's Flat Iron District.
The company is rebranded as Churchill Living, offering furnished apartments,
furniture ental, & travel services.
2014
2015
Churchill becomes the largest furnished housing provider on the East Coast with
over 1,800 units.
Churchill expands to West Coast meeting market demand and exceeding 2,000 units
in prime locations.

Churchill partners with real estate developers to become part-owners in 13-story
property, Revel on Capitol Hill, in Washington, D.C.
Churchill expands to midwest and regions meeting market demand in major Cities.
